T3 Module

• Single interface for channelized T3 applications
• Provides bandwidth equivalent to 28 T1s
• Part of ATLAS 800/800^PLUS T3 bandwidth manager solution (3/1/0 DACS)
• Functions as T3 DSU/CSU, intelligent channel bank, M13 multiplexer and DS0-level DACS

 

T3 Module, D&I

• Supports Drop/Insert applications
• Primary BNC interface for connection to T3 service
• Second BNC port for drop and insert applications
• Passes additional T3 channels to second ATLAS 800/800^PLUS system or other channelized T3 device

 

Quad T1/PRI Module

• Four network interfaces to T1 or PRI circuits, independently configured for DS-1, DSX-1, or PRI operation
• Supports Drop/Insert and Digital Access Cross-Connect System (DACS)
• Network interface for ISDN access switching and remote access
• Any T1 or PRI circuit can serve as timing source for system

 

Quad E1 Module

• Four E1 interfaces
• Complies with international CEPT CCS and CAS standards
• Available with DB-15 or 75 ohm BNC connector

Octal BRI/U Module

• Eight ISDN U Interfaces
• U Interfaces independently configurable as: network interface towards ISDN device (LT mode), or CPE interface to the ISDN network (NT mode)
• Any BRI in NT mode can serve as timing source for system

Quad Nx56/64 V.35 Module

• Four V.35 DTE interfaces
• Synchronous operation from 56 kbps to 2.048 Mbps
• Any Nx port can serve as timing source for system

 

Async-232 Module

• Asynchronous rates to 115.2 kbps
• Sixteen asynchronous ports
• Standard DB-25 EIA-232 connectors via supplied adapter cables
• Combines with Modem-16 and/or HDLC module

 

Quad USSI Module

• Four synchronous ports (Universal Synchronous Serial Interface)
• Compatible with EIA-530, RS-449, X.21 (V.11) and V.36 plus EIA-232
• Each port supports Nx56/64 kbps operation up to 2.048 Mbps
• Includes adapter cables for DB-37 and DB-25 connectors

Nx56/64 IMUX Module

• Supports BONDING mode 1
• Used in high speed Frame Relay dial backup applications
• 4.096 Mbps of total BONDING capacity

8-, 16-, 24-, and 32-Channel Voice Compression Modules

• Six-to-one compression ratio
• Compresses any PCM voice channel directed from channelized T1, BRI, or PRI

 

Modem-16 Module

• Pools sixteen K56Flex compliant digital modems for remote access applications
• Simultaneously processes 16 ISDN B-Channel calls and 16 modem calls
• Supports V.34 and V.32 bis

HDLC Module

• Includes 128 HDLC controllers
• Used in private Frame Relay applications
